Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking an Associate Structural Engineer in London SE1 to lead the design and delivery of complex structural projects across sectors, with projects ranging from £10m to £50m+.

You will own projects from concept to completion, lead teams, mentor junior engineers, engage with clients and help grow the firm’s structural offering.

Qualifications

• Chartered (MIStructE or MICE).
• Strong technical ability in steel and concrete design.
• Proven experience running projects and leading teams.

We're looking for a driven and technically skilled Associate Structural Engineer to join the London SE1 team and play a key role in leading the design and delivery of complex structural projects.

About the Role

As part of the 250-strong Civil & Structural division, you'll be based in a vibrant London office of 140 staff, with 20 in the civil & structural team at this office, collaborating on projects that range from £10m to £50m+, including:

• Schools
• Defence projects
• Mixed-use developments and residential schemes (typically 8-15 storeys)

You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, lead teams, engage with clients, monitor financial performance and mentor junior engineers – all while helping to shape the future of their structural offering.
