Job Description:

We are working with an international law firm based in London for an Associate / Senior Associate to join their Corporate Insurance team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join an international Corporate Insurance team, advising on a wide range of corporate transactions within the insurance sector, including public and private M&A, cross-border deals, reinsurance arrangements among many other matters.

The individual will work across all areas of the insurance sector, including life and general insurance, while supporting insurtech collaborations. The role involves guiding clients through ever-changing regulatory issues.

Responsibilities:

• 2-7 years’ PQE;
• Corporate insurance experience;
• Strong academic background;
• Willingness to attend business development events;
• Client-focused;
• Technically excellent;
• Flexible and collaborative team player.
