Associate Solicitor - Real Estate Finance

Hybrid / Leamington Spa

We are looking to recruit an Associate Solicitor with a background in Real Estate Finance to lead and help grow our Real Estate Finance practice.

The work will include dealing with matters for a broad range of clients. This wide-ranging, nationwide client base will provide you with significant opportunities to work on varied, complex, and interesting matters.

Job responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for running a caseload of varied Real Estate Finance matters and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assisting the Partners in the team on more complex matters.
  • Ensuring clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice and costs updates which take account of their circumstances and represent "value for money”.
  • Maintaining the integrity of data in key platforms such as Liberate and Worksite by ensuring that they are updated in a timely manner.
  • Supporting on business development/marketing activities on an ongoing basis.
  • Undertaking legal research both as requested and on your own initiative.

Person Specification:

  • You will have proven experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance.
  • You will be adaptable, enthusiastic, have a flexible approach, and able to work under pressure both individually and as part of the team.
  • You will be able to work closely with colleagues across the firm to maximize their potential and provide support.
  • You will ensure that the client is at the heart of all activities, such that it generates a valued service outcome in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • You will have strong organization skills and high levels of accuracy, paying attention to detail.
  • You will communicate in a timely and effective manner both with colleagues and clients.
