Job summary

G2 Legal is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice dedicated to contentious trusts and estates. You will manage a varied caseload, handling will and inheritance disputes, Inheritance Act 1975 claims, and executor/ trustee disputes with autonomy and expert support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate.
• Solid experience in will and inheritance disputes.

• Advise on will validity and inheritance disputes, and executor/trustee disputes.
• Collaborate with a specialist team while developing your own practice toward partnership.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of complex disputes, including will and inheritance disputes, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, trust and estate disputes, challenges to the validity and capacity of wills, and executor and trustee disputes. You'll enjoy the autonomy to run your own matters while benefiting from the support, mentoring and technical expertise of a collaborative and experienced team.
