Qualifications

• For candidates with foundational software engineering experience and ability to write clean, tested code.
• Familiarity with web or backend tech such as React, .NET Core, C#, Python; Rust is a plus.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, design principles, version control, testing, and Agile delivery.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, CI/CD, containers, observability, or secure practices is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn cloud-native, distributed systems, and AI-assisted tooling.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions in an agile environment.
• Develop, test, document, and maintain features, APIs, and integrations under senior guidance.
• Participate in code reviews, ceremonies, and team learning activities.
• Write clean, reliable code and contribute to automated testing and docs.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Use approved AI-assisted tools responsibly to aid coding, testing, and learning.
