Bring your digital expertise to our Global Social Media team to collaborate and contribute to the LEGO Group’s regional social media agenda across our YouTube channels. This is a fantastic chance to work with our Western Europe (WE), Central & Eastern Europe Middle East Africa (CEEMA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) market teams to ensure we are supporting local needs across our YouTube ecosystem - driving authentic, impactful storytelling on our channels.

There is no relocation support for this role.


Core Responsibilities



  • Working as part of a specialist Global Social Media team, to support wider social media strategy, planning and execution across YouTube in EMEA / APAC
  • Work closely with our Regional Social Leads, Content Managers and YouTube specialists to understand local market needs and support the planning and uploading of content
  • Work closely with Social Content & Editorial Manager and wider Social Media team on localisation needs across EMEA and APAC markets
  • Ensuring content uploads are always optimised – across titling, descriptions, tagging, thumbnails and playlisting – working closely with our YouTube Optimisation Manager
  • Contribute to business growth, through timely implementation of YouTube content
  • Support in aligning global social media strategies to local market needs, ensuring social media strategies and activations serve the needs of local Go-To-Market and Integrated Marketing rollouts
  • Being passionate about internet culture, surfacing relevant local trends and reactive content opportunities



Do you have what it takes?



  • Understanding of the social media ecosystem with experience working for a brand or company across YouTube specifically
  • Well-versed in working across complex, matrix driven organisations
  • Hands-on experience managing YouTube channels, uploads and playlisting
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration - collaborating with global partners, strategists, analysts, product managers, internal and external agencies
  • Ability & willingness to travel
