  • Setting project objectives and developing strategies for achievement.
  • Managing contractual and commercial risks and identifying opportunities.
  • Leading and motivating project teams, fostering collaboration, and guiding problem-solving.
  • Ensuring effective communication with clients, teams, subcontractors, and partners.
  • Coordinating with global teams and managing project delivery plans.
  • Maintaining financial health of projects through accurate invoicing, credit control, and risk management, including Earned Value reporting.
  • Closing projects effectively, archiving documentation, capturing lessons learned, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Upholding AtkinsRéalis values: Safety, Integrity, Collaboration, and Innovation.

  • Experience across various market sectors and familiarity with different construction contracts, especially NEC3 or 4.
  • Proven ability to manage design projects to scope, time, and cost, with knowledge of programming and earned value techniques.
  • Experience with BIM and 3D modelling tools for design and coordination.
  • Strong client relationship skills and understanding of assurance and compliance principles.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and adapt in dynamic environments.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently and within teams, with leadership qualities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and work onsite as needed.
