An award-winning construction and property consultancy based in Central London is seeking a highly capable Senior / Associate Project Manager to join their established team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Senior / Associate Project Manager looking to take on a key operational role within a reputable consultancy known for its delivery excellence across both the public and private sectors.

Working closely with the Head of London, the Senior / Associate Project Manager will be a critical part of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of live projects while also line managing a small team of four Project Managers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on delivery and operations rather than business development.

The Senior / Associate Project Manager's role

The Senior / Associate Project Manager will lead from the front, managing project delivery from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to budget, while supporting your team to deliver their own schemes to a high standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary operational contact for the Head of London.

  • Leading project delivery in accordance with NEC contracts.

  • Managing a team of four Project Managers, offering mentorship and guidance.

  • Overseeing client relationships and stakeholder engagement on live schemes.

  • Working across both public and private sector projects, with a bias towards delivery and team performance.

The Senior / Associate Project Manager

The ideal Senior / Associate Project Manager will ideally have:

  • Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or similar).

  • Strong NEC contract experience.

  • A proven track record in delivering projects across the built environment.

  • Experience managing and developing teams.

  • A delivery-focused mindset, with minimal interest in business development.
