• Self-motivated, with great communication and organisational skills.

• Lead projects across all design stages, from initial concept through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Lead the development of detailed technical drawings, specifications and planning packages.
• Oversee site coordination, contract administration and the successful delivery of projects.
• Provide design leadership, championing quality and helping to shape the studio’s creative direction and culture.
• Work closely with senior leadership to support the continued growth and development of the team and wider studio, bringing forward ideas and opportunities for growth.
• Act as a key ambassador for the company, representing the studio with confidence across clients and industry contacts.

They are looking for a talented Associate/Senior Interior Designer with experience in the high-end boutique hotel space to join their close-knit team and take a leading role across all stages of design. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in shaping and developing the studio’s interior design offering.

In this key position you will have a high level of ownership, client exposure, and the opportunity to work on beautifully detailed, design-led projects ranging from high-end villas to luxurious boutique hotels. The ideal candidate will be confident leading projects, with a proactive approach and a strong eye for design.
