A leading international law firm is expanding its Employment practice and is seeking experienced Employment Associates (2–7 years PQE) to join its team in Leeds.

Work Highlights

• Handling complex tribunal litigation, including whistleblowing and discrimination claims.
• Advising on cross-border employment matters, global mobility, and consultation processes.
• Working on executive-level employment issues such as board-level exits, compensation, and restrictive covenants.
• Supporting corporate transactions with TUPE advice and strategic employment input.
• Engaging with clients on strategic HR initiatives including gender pay gap analysis, reward projects, and organisational restructures.
