Associate / Senior Associate – Construction Contentious/Non-Contentious

The team advises clients on contentious and non-contentious construction matters, including work with public sector bodies and private sector developers, contractors, and funders.
The team comprises experienced professionals from high-profile firms, fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment with a focus on career development and progression.
The practice includes advising on standard form contracts such as JCT, NEC, FIDIC, and PFI/PPP agreements, as well as handling disputes through litigation, adjudication, arbitration, and other dispute resolution methods. Work is concentrated in London, the M25 corridor, East and South East England, with growing international arbitration opportunities.
We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 3 to 10 years of PQE, gained at a respected City, national, regional, or international firm.
