We are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate (Senior/Assistant Manager) and welcome part-qualified or newly qualified candidates, including those with no prior experience in insolvency who are eager to transition into this service line and build a rewarding career. What you'll be doing day to day
  • Independently (or supported by senior colleagues) act as the case administrator for corporate insolvencies, including administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements, from onboarding to closure.
  • Prepare and review all necessary documentation, systems, reports, and correspondence relating to insolvency cases working alongside the appointed IP.
  • Conduct financial assessments and investigations, identifying any irregularities or potential issues.
  • Prepare regular status reports for clients and partners, highlighting key developments and recommendations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team, ensuring their professional development and quality of work.
About you
  • ACCA/ACA/AAT (or equivalent) qualified/part-qualified alongside an interest in undertaking specific insolvency qualifications in the future.
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
