This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate Project Manager to take on a pivotal role within a fast‑growing consultancy. Acting as the number two to the Leeds Office Lead, you’ll have significant responsibility for project delivery, client relationships, and team development.
The immediate focus will be on private sector residential projects – BTR, housing, and regeneration – while also gaining exposure across a wider portfolio. You will work directly with leading names in the BTR sector, benefitting from the strong client relationships already established by the Leeds Director.
With private equity investment and a 10‑year growth strategy in motion, this consultancy offers a platform for rapid progression. The Leeds office is central to that journey, making this a highly visible and influential role.
