Job Description:

We are currently working on this interesting role with our client, an independent Scottish Law Firm with clients both in the UK and internationally. The firm is seeking to recruit an additional Lawyer to join its Energy Team. This position offers flexibility in location, with the post based in Aberdeen, Glasgow, or Edinburgh.

The primary objective of this role is to work closely with the broader energy team, offering corporate support to clients and helping them navigate a changing legal environment. Responsibilities include involvement in M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and renewable energy projects.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years PQE with strong corporate experience and experience within the renewable energy sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a leading team within a growing firm.
