Associate / Senior Associate - Employment (Health & Government) (0667)

We are looking for an enthusiastic employment law solicitor to join the Employment, Pensions and Immigration National Service line (NSL), based in our Cambridge office.

The role

Based in our Cambridge office, you'll advise employers on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a particular focus on clients across the Health, Higher Education and Government sectors. You'll also have opportunities to contribute to business development and help grow the firm's employment practice.

You'll join a supportive team of lawyers ranging from trainees and newly qualified Associates through to Partners. Working closely with senior colleagues, you'll benefit from mentoring, supervision and development support from Partner Stuart Craig.

Collaboration is central to the role. Alongside your Cambridge colleagues, you'll be part of our 90+ lawyer Employment, Pensions and Immigration National Service Line, giving you opportunities to work with colleagues across our offices and, when business needs require, across different sectors.

You'll also benefit from monthly cross-office training sessions delivered by our professional support lawyers, together with cross-office and sector away days.

The person

You will have 1 - 4 years' experience as an employment lawyer, gained in a reputable law firm or through inhouse experience.
