The DAC Beachcroft Commercial Real Estate team comprises 65 lawyers working across all offices – London, Bristol, Manchester, Newcastle and Leeds. It forms part of a wider real estate department comprising 135 lawyers including specialists in construction, planning, residential, and a dedicated portfolio asset management practice.
This role is for an associate/senior associate of 4 years PQE plus to work in our Leeds office within our Real Estate Health team. Clients for this team range from NHS England to NHS Trusts, primary care providers, independent health and social care providers, healthcare commissioning bodies and developers and charities. This role will support clients in a wide range of property transactions including asset management, development, acquisition and disposal, and strategic advisory work. The workload is varied and represents an ideal opportunity for the right person to gain unparalleled experience and be part of a growing team both locally and nationally. This role offers the chance to be involved in active business development initiatives, have responsibility for and ownership of client relationships and be involved in growth of the team in Leeds and the North working closely with the lead partner in healthcare real estate and the wider team of healthcare lawyers in Leeds and the real estate and healthcare team nationally. This is a significant opportunity for progression for an ambitious individual with an interest in working with healthcare clients.
