This highly rated Legal 500 firm is seeking a Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate to join its Chambers ranked department located in the North of London.

The Role

This Legal 500 firm now seeks a Commercial Property Lawyer to join its industry-leading team.

The property team consists of 3 Partners, four fee earners and support staff.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside some legal 500 experienced partners and become a key individual at the firm.

The quality of work is of the highest standard and will cover a broad range of matters, including; advising HNW investors and corporate clients on their commercial property investment, commercial acquisitions (including development), sales and commercial lease work.

The team are busy and as such, no following is required but any demonstrable business development prowess, or indeed a following, will always help you achieve the best possible offer at the end of the recruitment process.

Requirements & Benefits:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ relevant years of PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• You will enjoy working in a client-facing position and be able to develop rapport
