LB Design Recruitment is pleased to be partnered with an award-winning, multi-disciplinary architectural practice renowned for delivering large-scale residential and development projects is seeking an Associate / Senior Architect / Urban Designer to join their Southern region team in Guildford. This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow a regional hub focused on planning and delivery of residential-led schemes across the south and east of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee delivery of projects from the Southern region.
  • Develop new business opportunities from existing and new clients.
  • Assist with fee forecasting, proposals, budgeting and programming of projects.
  • Maintain and structure the regional CAD system to ensure consistent standards.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or closely related field.
  • 8+ years’ experience within an UK architectural practice, with a strong focus on large-scale residential and master planning schemes.
  • Proven track record delivering housing projects for national housebuilders, land promoters and regional developers, securing allocations and planning consents.
  • Experience liaising with local planning authorities and clients in the South and East of England.
