Job summary

OLO, London studio, seeks associates/senior architects to lead design development and project delivery. The role focuses on driving excellence in design, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client engagement.

You will work on UK and international projects, apply UK construction knowledge, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver projects from concept through to delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong design, presentation and storytelling skills.
• A solid understanding of UK construction legislation, practice and procedures.
• Experience across all RIBA work stages.
• Proven leadership and management abilities.

OLO is looking for associates/senior architects to join its London studio.

The successful applicant will work on a range of UK and international projects, leading design development, project delivery, stakeholder engagement and multidisciplinary team coordination.

We are looking for talented architects with strong design skills, proven leadership experience and excellent communication skills. You will be confident working with clients, consultants and stakeholders and contributing to projects from concept through to delivery.
