We are seeking an associate SDET, with experience in automating tests for scalable application components, which are remotely deployed. Our distributed solution requires highly motivated and talented engineers to understand the depth of the problem and ensure its quality is maintained to a high standard.
We are looking for an individual with great attention to detail, who is genuine, committed and not only passionate about technology, but is keen to own the solution end to end and collaborate with other engineers to improve the QA process.
The Belfast team at BlueOptima caters to all current and upcoming product changes in Active MultiSite, which is our distributed version control solution. The team develops and maintains sets of automated test cases across UI and API, focusing on data-centric as well as integration test cases.
The team is responsible for making sure that manual efforts, and in turn the release cycles, are reduced by automating tests based on priority, along with integrating the test suites with CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth delivery of features and products in an automated manner.
