JP Morgan Personal Investing seeks a Product Associate in the Salesforce team in London. You will leverage product development expertise and user research to create innovative solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the platform and drive ongoing improvements for internal customers.

You will own end-to-end feature delivery, write requirements and user stories, and coordinate sprint activities while ensuring adoption and alignment with risk and regulatory standards.

Formación

• Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Exposure to operational management and change readiness work streams.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Previous experience with the Salesforce platform, ideally as an Administrator or Consultant including but not limited to reporting & dashboards, standard data model and object relationships, security model, sales & service cloud capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities based on ongoing discovery.
• Support user research and business mapping to inform the roadmap and features.
• Own end-to-end delivery of features and contribute to initiatives.
• Plan upstream/downstream implications of new features on the platform experience.
• Write requirements, epics and user stories for development.
• Act as a scrum master to coordinate sprint activities.
• Coordinate peer and business testing for production readiness.
• Train end-users to drive adoption of the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Salesforce initiatives.
• Participate in release and change management in line with governance.
