  • Are you ready to help develop high-performing sales talent while continuing to drive business growth?
If so, this may be the opportunity you've been searching for. Read on and decide for yourself.
In this role, you will...

You'll play a key role in executing regional sales strategies, driving accountability, and ensuring sustainable business growth.

What you'll do every day

Every day, you'll partner with sales professionals to build and advance opportunities, coach on sales strategy and execution, review pipeline health, and help remove barriers to success. You'll monitor team performance, support forecasting activities, collaborate with business partners across ADP, and contribute directly to new business acquisition through your own sales efforts. Your ability to balance leadership, coaching, and personal sales performance will be critical to success.

What you'll give and get

To thrive in this role, you'll bring strong sales leadership instincts, resilience, business acumen, and a passion for developing others. You'll be expected to lead through influence, maintain a high-performance mindset, and navigate the challenges that come with balancing individual and team objectives.
