ASSOCIATE PROJECT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

LOCATION – HAMMERSMITH | HYBRID (2 DAYS IN OFFICE)

THE COMPANY

This is a tech-focused strategy consultancy working with leading technology and telecoms brands to drive growth through insights, experience strategy, product innovation, and marketing activation.

THE ROLE

As an Associate Project & Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing qualitative research fieldwork and business operations. You’ll be responsible for participant recruitment, screener writing, project management, GDPR compliance, and cost tracking, ensuring smooth delivery of high-impact research projects.

This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a passion for tech, AI, and strategic insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage qualitative research fieldwork, including recruitment, supplier liaison, and moderator coordination.
  • Write screeners and ensure all projects comply with GDPR regulations.
  • Track costs and project timelines, working closely with the CEO and senior client management.
  • Support end-to-end project delivery, acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Work on high-profile tech and B2B research projects that shape the future of digital experiences.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in screener writing and qualitative research project management.
  • Background in B2B, Tech, or Healthcare (FMCG/consumer backgrounds are less relevant).
  • Strong interest in AI, technology, and digital innovation.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
