Job summary

Jobtailor in Glasgow is seeking a customer-facing professional to support the lending journey, attend client meetings (virtual or in person), prepare agendas and briefing notes, and communicate updates on sector insights, products, facilities, meetings and events.

You will help identify high-value clients, assess risk, and contribute to financial analysis, credit proposals and tender submissions, while managing your diary and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing role within financial services.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Confidence in building and maintaining relationships.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Awareness of risk and how to manage it effectively.
• Experience in Business & Commercial Banking (desirable but not essential).
• Proficient in using CRW, PEGA and Co-Pilot (desirable but not essential).
