Benchmark Staffing Solutions is seeking to hire an Associate Recruitment Consultant to support their growth in Construction recruitment. The role involves screening candidates, building relationships, gathering information, and qualifying job specifications with clients. There is potential for role expansion to include client liaison with the support of the Learning & Development (L&D) team.
