This is a full life cycle, 360-degree business development role. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll focus on delivering excellent customer service and driving business growth through new sales and nurturing existing relationships. We seek self-motivated individuals with a proactive attitude, positive mindset, strong work ethic, and persuasive skills. Resilience, excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills are essential, given the extensive interaction with managers, directors, and candidates at various levels.
While this is an entry-level role in recruitment, candidates should have prior commercial experience in related settings. Suitable backgrounds include recruitment, high-level customer service, contact centres, call centres, sales, telesales, or B2B/B2C environments, which provide transferable skills applicable to this role.
