Job Description:

Benchmark Staffing Solutions is looking to speak with individuals interested in a lucrative and exciting career in Construction recruitment. Our client aims to onboard an Associate Recruitment Consultant to support their continued growth.

The Associate Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for tasks such as screening candidates, building relationships, gathering information, and qualifying job specifications with clients. A desire to develop professionally is essential, as the role will expand to include client liaison with support from the dedicated Learning & Development (L&D) team.

Our client welcomes candidates with diverse educational backgrounds and experience, but certain non-negotiables include:

  • Willingness to engage with people and build relationships; prior customer-facing roles are advantageous.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new information and use it to grow market expertise.
