Benchmark Staffing Solutions is looking to speak with individuals interested in a lucrative and exciting career in Construction recruitment. Our client seeks to onboard an Associate Recruitment Consultant to support their continued growth.

The Associate Recruitment Consultant will handle responsibilities such as screening candidates, building relationships, gathering information, and qualifying job specifications with clients. A desire to develop professionally is essential, and the role will expand to include client liaison with the support of the dedicated Learning & Development (L&D) team.
