Our Occupational Therapies division have an exciting new opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join the team as an Associate Recruitment Consultant.

You will be ambitious and customer service driven, wanting to learn from the best and develop a successful career in recruitment and sales. The Associate Recruitment Consultant opportunity
  • Building relationships by engaging with healthcare professionals and clients, ensuring candidates are matched to the relevant job vacancies
  • Sourcing new candidates to grow your database through a variety of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Job Boards and Social Media
  • Business development, continually growing your client database through regular contact and research of new clients in your area, introducing our services
  • Working towards agreed sales targets and KPI’s
