Company Overview

Join a leading, independent Pan-European real estate investment firm with a proven track record of delivering exceptional returns across market cycles. With over €24 billion in transactions, this firm is known for its deep domain expertise, innovative deal structuring, and long-standing partnerships with global institutional investors including sovereign wealth and pension funds.

Operating across Europe with a strong presence in the UK, the firm specialises in complex, high-value real estate private equity transactions, including sale and leasebacks, portfolio acquisitions, and real estate-backed operating businesses. The team is composed of seasoned professionals from top-tier investment banks and real estate platforms, offering a collaborative and intellectually rigorous environment.

Role Responsibilities

As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in the full investment lifecycle, including:

  • Origination: Sourcing and evaluating off-market opportunities across Europe, leveraging your network and market insights.
  • Transaction Execution: Leading deal structuring, underwriting, and negotiation processes for complex real estate investments.
  • Financial Modelling: Building and reviewing detailed financial models to assess investment viability and returns.
  • Presentation & Reporting: Preparing and delivering investment committee materials, investor presentations, and transaction updates.
  • Asset Management & Exit: Overseeing post-acquisition performance, driving value creation strategies, and managing exit processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with internal teams, external advisors, and institutional investors to ensure seamless execution and alignment.

Role Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or a related field with a strong focus on real estate equity investments.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital structures.
  • Proven ability to present to senior stakeholders and manage investor relationships.
  • Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable - fluency in multiple European languages is a significant advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of initiative, integrity, and attention to detail.

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team at the forefront of European real estate private equity. If you're ready to take the next step in your career and work on some of the most sophisticated transactions in the market, we'd love to hear from you.
