Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 (depending on experience)

Chadwick Nott are delighted to be assisting a well-established national law firm in their search for a Real Estate Finance Associate to join their Cheltenham office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2-4 PQE solicitor to work on high-quality transactions with a diverse client base, including mainstream banks, bridging lenders, challenger banks, and individual borrowers.

About the Role

You'll advise on a broad range of real estate finance matters, including property sales, acquisitions, development finance, and debt refinancing. The team supports both lenders and borrowers and offers full-service deal coverage across sectors.

  • Advising on real estate finance transactions from start to finish
  • Maintaining and developing technical knowledge across the sector
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share insights and best practices
  • Building strong client relationships and identifying referral opportunities
  • Participating in business development initiatives
About You

We're looking for a solicitor with:

  • 2-4 years PQE
  • Exposure to real estate finance, either directly or through a broader commercial property role
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
  • Organised, ambitious, and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
