Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

Location: Manchester

About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to make a name for themselves at a built environment specialist company. This is an exciting chance to work with industry experts, gain hands-on project experience and develop your skills within a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

  1. Providing assistance and support to cost consultant and/or team/s in the delivery of cost management services.
  2. Working with the cost consultant to provide cost control and reporting services during the contract.
  3. Preparation of cost reports.
  4. Preparation of final accounts.

Role Requirements for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

  1. At least 1 years' experience in a PQS Environment.
  2. Health experience preferred but not necessary.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
