The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

You’ll play a pivotal leadership role in a 35-strong Commercial team delivering some of the capital’s most high-profile commercial projects-towering office developments, transformative repurposing schemes, and premium Cat A & B fit-outs.

This is your opportunity to take strategic ownership of major developments across Central London. You’ll lead project teams, drive client relationships, guide junior surveyors, and influence key business decisions as the consultancy continues its ambitious growth journey.

The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and commercially sharp-perfect for an ambitious Associate QS looking for real impact, autonomy, and visibility across high-value schemes.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• A RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
• MRICS qualification (essential)
• Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a UK construction consultancy
• Proven ability to deliver projects from inception to completion (pre & post contract)
• Extensive experience in commercial sector projects – particularly fit out
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior surveyors
