Associate Quantity Surveyor – Birmingham

£70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a leading global consultancy, working out of their Birmingham office. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to play a key role in expanding a well-established cost management team across the Midlands.

You will be responsible for both business development and project delivery, leveraging an extensive internal network to drive new opportunities while also bringing in a team around you to support the office’s continued growth. With the backing of a world-renowned consultancy, you will have access to a strong pipeline of internal and external work, allowing you to make a real impact in shaping the business.

The consultancy operates across multiple sectors, including commercial, industrial, and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), so experience in these areas would be highly beneficial.

Key Requirements:

• MRICS qualified

• Proven track record in both winning work and successful project delivery

• Experience within commercial, industrial, and PBSA sectors is advantageous

• Ability to lead and grow a cost management team

• Strong client and stakeholder management skills

Package:

• Salary up to £80,000

• Performance-related bonus
