Your New Role

As an Associate QC Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. You will perform scientific analyses, support laboratory investigations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a meticulous approach and a passion for quality in a regulated environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Quality Control Testing: Perform analytical testing on raw materials, intermediates, and final products to ensure compliance with established specifications.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory work in accordance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Investigation Support: Apply technical knowledge to support laboratory investigations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Out of Specification (OOS) and Non-Conformance (NC) Management: Participate in managing OOS results, NCs, Change Controls, and CAPAs.
  • SOP Management: Assist in reviewing and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Project Involvement: Lead or support QC projects such as method improvements, Kaizen initiatives, and Six Sigma activities.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure laboratory instruments and equipment are calibrated, maintained, and in good working order.
  • Product Release: Review completed product workbooks to support timely product release.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a QC or laboratory environment, with exposure to regulated industry practices.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Diligent and methodical approach to laboratory work and documentation.
  • Communication: Confident and credible communicator, able to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Desirable: Experience with proficiency surveys, certification programs, and continuous improvement methodologies.
