Job summary

TLT LLP is seeking an ambitious property litigator to join its renowned real estate litigation team. You will manage a private practice caseload and deliver high-quality service to clients across public sectors, local authorities and government departments.

As a senior solicitor with 4+ years PQE, you will supervise junior colleagues and collaborate with Partners on key client relationships and national business development initiatives. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE handling property litigation matters.
• Experience representing clients in the public sector or telecoms is advantageous.
• Creative, forward-thinking with strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of property litigation matters.

Job description

As a key addition to the team, you will be expected to deliver the following:

• Manage your own caseload of property litigation matters
• Provide an excellent service for clients across all of our key sectors, including public sector clients, local authority and government departments
• Supervise the work being undertaken by more junior team members
• Collaborate with the Partners in the team to look after our relationship with our key clients on a national basis and participate in business development initiatives
• Work with the team on a regional and national basis, to achieve key goals for the property litigation team and the firm.
  This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property litigator to develop their career as a senior member of our Chambers UK and Legal 500 ranked real estate litigation team., A Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) 4+ year's PQE with experience handling property litigation matters with minimal supervision. Experience of acting for clients in the public sector or telecoms would be an advantage but not essential
• A creative, forward thinker, with proven analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
• A client focused approach with the ability to nurture long standing relationships
• Proven experience of supervising and/or managing junior team members
