Our Property Litigation team is part of our larger Complex Litigation division. We are a highly skilled, friendly, and supportive team specializing in high-quality property litigation work from the ARAG Legal Expenses Insurance Group.
About the role:
As a Property Litigation Associate, you will handle a wide range of property litigation matters, including property damage, trespass, and nuisance issues.
You will manage your own caseload, contributing to our culture of effective and efficient case handling to ensure our clients receive the highest standard of service, while complying with regulatory and company procedures and considering cost implications.

This is a permanent, hybrid role requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Bristol City Centre office (close to Bristol Temple Meads station). Full-time hours are preferred, but part-time options (minimum 4 days/week or equivalent hours) may be considered based on experience.
The role requires a comprehensive understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and experience litigating cases from inception to trial, including resolving cases via mediation and other ADR methods. Property-specific litigation experience is advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided.
Applicants should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Confidence, approachability, and a customer-focused attitude are essential. Supervisory experience is beneficial if overseeing solicitors or paralegals.
