This Top Tier Legal 500 & Chambers accredited outfit seeks a Real Estate Finance Associate 5+ PQE to bolster their already outstanding department located in Harrow, North-West London.

The firm has ambitious growth planned making now an exciting time for a Solicitor to join the practice.

The Role:

You will join an award-winning and busy team that is led by a team of partners.

You will deal with a wide range of property finance matters on behalf of both borrowers and lenders. The firm have established relationships with bridging lenders and mainstream banks who are looking to ramp up their workload in the coming months.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Finance Associate 5+ PQE
• You will have strong technical knowledge with property finance and banking/finance
• You will have experience working within secured lending
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• You will work well as part of a team

Salary & Benefits:
