Job Description:

An established UK law firm is currently recruiting an Associate to join its dynamic Non-Contentious Construction team, based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects across the real estate development, energy, transportation, and infrastructure sectors both within the UK and internationally.

The ideal candidate will be a driven and ambitious associate with NQ-5 years’ PQE, preferably qualified in Scottish or English law. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting and leading a variety of transactions, building strong client relationships, and contributing to business development initiatives. Key responsibilities include drafting construction contracts (including standard forms), consultant appointments, and collateral warranties, as well as staying informed on market developments.
