The Role: My client is seeking an Associate Project & Operations Manager to take ownership of managing qualitative research projects while supporting business operations. This is a pivotal role that requires a blend of project management expertise, research knowledge, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage qualitative research projects from end-to-end, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  2. Write effective screeners and oversee research recruitment.
  3. Ensure GDPR compliance and manage cost tracking.
  4. Liaise with suppliers and oversee the work of research moderators.
  5. Collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, and support client management.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Strong experience in screener writing and research project management.
  2. Background in B2B, Tech, or Healthcare (FMCG/consumer not ideal).
  3. An interest in AI and emerging technologies.
  4. Exceptional organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  5. Comfortable managing stakeholders and answering complex queries.
