Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) in Cardiff is seeking an Associate to lead project management across diverse real estate sectors. You will drive project planning, cost, quality and risk management while developing client relationships and cross-functional leadership.

Join an independent, employee-owned firm with hybrid working and a focus on APC mentoring and professional development. You will manage client accounts, lead teams, and evolve the service in Wales under the West & Wales region.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Construction, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field.
• Chartered qualification (e.g. MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) preferred.
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering projects.
• Experience in a Consultancy environment with client-facing delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead the successful delivery of projects across a range of sectors.
• Key account management including developing client accounts and business development.
• People management responsibilities.
• Leadership across people, projects and business.
• Support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances.
• Carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures.
• Preparation of progress reports and presentation at monthly client meetings.
• Working knowledge of various forms of building contracts.
