Job Description:

We are working closely with a market-leading construction consultancy to appoint two Associate Project Managers for their Central London Project Management Team to operate predominantly on major projects within Sports, Hotels, Residential, Health, Film Studios, Logistics, Master planning, Student accommodation, Commercial New Build & Refurbishments.

Reporting to the leading Partner, the successful candidates will have exposure to some of the firm’s benchmark projects, building strong relationships with clients, external contractor teams, and agents.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing key client accounts and contributing to multi-disciplinary teams
• Supporting and managing the direction of the Project Management Group
• Winning new client work and managing existing projects effectively
• Ensuring projects stay on time and within budget
• Managing external contractors and suppliers to meet targets and objectives
• Ensuring full compliance with policies, legislation, regulations, and procedures
• Reporting regularly to management and clients on project progress and standards

Prerequisites:

• Minimum 10+ years PQE
• Experience in Sports, Hotels, Office Developments, Residential, Health, Film Studios, Logistics, Master planning, Student accommodation; fast-tracked candidates preferred
• Full knowledge of all development plan stages
• Relevant professional qualifications and proven results
• Track record in complex construction and development works
• Experience leading projects through design to construction stages (RIBA stages 1-6)

Remuneration:

Basic salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + comprehensive benefits. Full details will be provided during the interview process.
