Job Description:

We are working closely with a market-leading construction consultancy to appoint two Associate Project Managers for their Central London Project Management Team. The roles will involve working predominantly on major projects within sectors such as Sports, Hotels, Residential, Health, Film Studios, Logistics, Master Planning, Student Accommodation, and Commercial New Build & Refurbishment.

Reporting to the leading Partner, the successful candidates will gain exposure to some of the firm’s benchmark projects, building strong relationships with clients, external contractors, and agents.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing key client accounts and contributing to multidisciplinary teams
• Supporting and directing the Project Management Group
• Winning new client work and managing existing projects effectively
• Ensuring projects stay on time and within budget
• Managing external contractors and suppliers to meet targets and objectives
• Ensuring full compliance with policies, legislation, regulations, and procedures
• Providing regular progress reports to management and clients

Prerequisites for success:

• Minimum 10+ years PQE
• Experience in sectors such as Sports, Hotels, Office, Residential, Health, Film Studios, Logistics, Master Planning, Student Accommodation; fast-tracked experience preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of all development plan stages
• Relevant professional qualifications and proven results
• Experience delivering or advising on complex construction and development projects
• Experience leading projects from design through construction (RIBA stages 1-6)

Remuneration:

£80,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus comprehensive benefits. Full details will be disclosed during the interview process.
