Job Description:

We are collaborating with a market-leading construction consultancy to appoint two Associate Project Managers for their Central London Project Management Team, focusing on major projects across sectors such as Sports, Hotels, Residential, Health, Film Studios, Logistics, Master planning, Student accommodation, and Commercial New Build & Refurbishment.

The successful candidates will report to the leading Partner, gaining exposure to benchmark projects and building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and agents.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing key client accounts and contributing to multidisciplinary teams
• Supporting and directing the Project Management Group
• Winning new client work and managing existing projects
• Ensuring projects are on time and within budget
• Managing external contractors and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with policies, legislation, and regulations
• Providing regular progress reports to management and clients

Candidate prerequisites:

• Minimum 10+ years PQE
• Experience in sectors including Sports, Hotels, Office, Residential, Health, Film Studios, Logistics, Master planning, Student accommodation
• Knowledge of development planning process stages
• Relevant professional qualifications and proven results
• Experience delivering complex construction projects
• Leading projects from design to construction (RIBA stages 1-6)

Remuneration:

Basic salary £80,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus comprehensive benefits. Full details will be provided during the interview process.
