We are working closely with a market-leading construction consultancy to appoint two Associate Project Managers for their Central London Project Management Team. The roles involve working predominantly on major projects in sectors such as Sports, Hotels, Residential, Health, Film Studios, Logistics, Master planning, Student accommodation, and Commercial New Build & Refurbishment.

Reporting to the leading Partner, the successful candidates will gain exposure to benchmark projects, building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and agents.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing key client accounts and contributing to multidisciplinary teams
• Supporting and directing the Project Management Group
• Winning new client work and managing existing projects
• Ensuring projects are on time and within budget
• Managing external contractors and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with policies, legislation, and regulations
• Regular reporting to management and clients

Candidate prerequisites:

• Minimum 10+ years PQE
• Experience in sectors like Sports, Hotels, Office, Residential, Health, Film Studios, Logistics, Master planning, Student accommodation
• Comprehensive understanding of development planning stages
• Relevant professional qualifications and proven results
• Experience delivering complex construction projects
• Leading projects through design to construction (RIBA stages 1-6)

Remuneration:

£80,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus benefits. Full details will be shared during the interview process.
