Job summary

Built Alliance Recruitment Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Senior PM/Employer's Agent to shape a growing project management function. You will lead major refurbishment schemes across the North West and Scotland, handling JCT Design & Build contracts and guiding projects through Gateway 2 under the Building Safety Regime.

If you have carried schemes through Gateway 2 or closely supported the process, this is a rare chance to step up to Associate Director at a fast-moving SME.

Qualifications

• Employer's Agent / Contract Administrator experience on multi-scheme projects.
• Familiarity with Gateway 2 and Building Safety Regime (BSR).
• Ability to lead and shape a growing project management team.

Responsibilities

• Lead major refurbishment schemes across the North West and Scotland.
• Act as Employer's Agent and Contract Administrator for JCT Design & Build contracts end to end.
• Guide projects through Gateway 2 under the Building Safety Regime.
• Shape and lead the Manchester Project Management function as it grows.
• Drive cost reporting, programme management and risk registers.
