Role Objectives:

The WEP Clinical Associate Project Manager, Decentralized Clinical Trials is responsible for operational assistance and/or management related to the setup, implementation, and management of decentralized clinical trial nursing projects, and/or other clinical research projects.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage or support the setup, execution, and close-out of decentralized clinical trial nursing projects.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to organize and dispatch visit supplies.
  • Maintain accurate site, patient, and program-level data in clinical research systems.
  • Prepare and manage project files, including internal and external document storage systems.
  • Develop and manage project documentation and plans, ensuring timely updates and revisions.
  • Generate or review meeting agendas and minutes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review and process vendor invoices and client billing drafts; track payments per project agreements.
  • Lead or support internal and external teleconferences and weekly team check-ins.
  • Contribute to project billing by tracking and reporting project activities and expenses.
  • Support or deliver training for nurses, site staff, and project team members; mentor junior staff.
  • Escalate adverse events (SAEs/AEs), protocol violations (PVs), or other incidents as needed.
  • Liaise with Quality Assurance to support investigations, CAPAs, and audits related to projects.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree (in a health or science field preferred), or equivalent combination of education, experience, and expertise
  • 2-4 years’ experience in project management, clinical research, or clinical monitoring, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and expertise
  • Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
