The Role

As an Associate Project Manager Apprentice, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in our Information Management business. You’ll work under the guidance of experienced project managers, gaining hands-on experience while studying towards a Level 4 qualification.

What you will do:

  • Monitor project progress and report on performance using digital tools.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Help manage risks, issues, and changes within the project scope.
  • Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement processes.
  • Prepare documentation for governance and decision-making.
  • Use project management software and collaboration tools.
  • Participate in site inspections, progress meetings, and evaluations.

OurAssociate Project Manager Apprenticeship Programmewill provide you with the skills to support and engage within different parts of the business. This apprenticeship is designed to help you develop the essential skills required for a successful career in project management. During the course, you’ll gain hands-on experience in supporting various projects. You’ll also learn how to communicate effectively and work professionally in a fast-paced business setting.

Entry requirement for access to this apprenticeship:

  • 16 or Over
  • Living in the UK
  • Not in full time education
  • Good Literacy and numeracy skills
  • 5 x GCSE’s

Applicants without level 1 functional skills, equivalent to a GCSE 2 or 3, will be considered and if successful will be supported by their training provider to gain it during the course. They will also work towards a level 2 in English and Maths, equivalent to a GCSE pass 4
