The Role: Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Delivery – Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Stakeholder Management – Collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Contract Administration – Overseeing JCT, NEC & bespoke contracts, ensuring compliance and best practice
- Risk & Value Management – Identifying risks and providing cost-effective, high-quality solutions
- Programme Management – Developing and monitoring project timelines, ensuring successful execution
- Procurement & Tendering – Managing contractor selection, tender processes, and procurement strategies
- Financial Oversight – Monitoring budgets, cash flow, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Regulatory Compliance – Ensuring projects align with industry standards, policies, and best practices
What You Need
- Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Professional membership with RICS, APM, CIOB (or working towards it)
- Strong knowledge of JCT, NEC, and bespoke construction contracts
- Experience using project management software and digital tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
