Job description

We are currently representing an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Project Manager to join a specialist Project Management consultancy in London. This organisation is known for its forward-thinking approach to project delivery, is seeking an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to take on a key role in managing high-profile projects in the Commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  2. Act as a key liaison between clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem resolution.
  3. Provide strategic guidance and leadership to junior project managers and support staff.
  4. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
  5. Identify potential risks and issues and work proactively to mitigate them.

Key Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the property and construction industry. Ideally with Commercial office fitout/refurb experience.
  2. Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, from inception to completion.
  3. Proven experience in managing high-value projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  4. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  5. MRICS/MAPM essential.

Salary & Benefits:

  1. Competitive salary up to £85,000, dependent on experience.
